§ 2 General - coverage
The following condition are valid between Daniel Stateczny and the client. These general terms and conditions are valid exclusively.
§ 3 Contract placing
After the request the client receives an assignment offer in which the costs of attainment are stated. Upon accepting the assignment offer the assignment is binding.
§ 4 Accountability and compensation
Despite careful control of the contents I assume no liability for the contents of external links. For the content of linked to sites their carrier is exclusively accountable.
I don't assume liability for direct or indirect damages and consequential damages. I assume liability in the case that I have acted demonstrable and intentionally or grossly negligent.
§ 5 Data protection
The client agrees that his data is stored and processed within the scope of the business relationship. All client data is stored and processed by us under consideration of the federal data protection laws and the teleservice data protection law of Germany. We do not give your personal data to a third party.
§ 5.1 Google Analytics
“This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). § 5.2 Data processing
In the server logfiles we automatically raise and store information your browser sends to us. These are:
- Browsertype and -version
- used operating system
- Referrer URL (the before seen page)
- Hostname the accessing computer (IP address)
- time of server request
This data cannot be allocated by us to certain persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not done. Additionally the data is deleted after a statistical analysis.
§ 5.3 Disclosure right
At all times you have the right of disclosure about the stored data concerning your person, its origin and receiver as well as the purpose of the data storage. You may receive disclosure by using our contact form.
§ 6 Salvatoric clause
Should a clause of this contract be or get invalid the rest of the contract stays valid. The invalid clause is to be reinterpreted, completed or substituted in order for the economical intention to be reached as far as possible. The same applies when upon accomplishing the contract a breach in need of completion becomes apparent. The contract partners will undertake necessary changes, completions or customizations of the contract in sense of good cooperation and under consideration of the shared economical interests.
§ 7 Place of fulfilment and place of trial
Place of fulfilment and place of trial is Hamburg.
§ 8 Additional clauses about shipping of goods and services
Shipped and downloaded goods and services stay my property until complete payment.
§ 9 Other
Changes and completion of the contract require the written form and must be labelled as such.
